We’ve been coming to Menorca for our family holidays for years and have stayed in several areas. We’ve had good and bad experiences – thankfully – mostly good. Our favourite place hands down for a villa stay is Binibeca.
The majority of all the featured villas are tried and tested by us – handpicked for great locations and private pools.

Why Choose a Villa in Binibeca, Menorca?
🏖️ Binibeca has a gorgeous white sandy beach with calm waters, lots of choice of restaurants, and a family-friendly vibe.
We feel the benefits of a villa holiday outweighs a hotel stay, especially for families.
We enjoy privacy, the option of self-catering and find it to be better value for our family. And of course having a washing machine is godsend (especially for families) – you can wash your towels, swim wear and clothes if needed.
Binibeca mostly has villa accommodation, although there are a few exceptions. There are villas available that cater for a wide selection of budgets. As DIY travellers, we try to choose budget friendly options.
Areas to Stay in Binibeca
The main areas to stay in Binibeca are Binibeca Nou, Binibeca Vell and the Fisherman’s Village. All areas are in walking distance of each other. We have stayed in Binibeca Nou and Vell.
📍 Binibeca Nou as the name suggests has newer style villa properties and is closer to the beach.
📍 Binibeca Vell has more traditional style villas and is closer to the restaurants.
📍The Fisherman’s Village does not have any detached villas but it does have a unique character and you will love wandering around this area and taking lots of photos!
Stunning Large Binibeca Menorca Villas for Families or Groups
If you’re coming as a large group, these options sleep up to 10 guests. We’ve stayed in these two villas with extended family and found them both to have fantastic outdoor space. This is where you’ll be spending the majority of your time after all.
Villa Jarama – Comfortable 5 Bed Villa

Highlights:
Sea views, great outdoor area with everything you need. Modern kitchen, shaded terrace and walking distance to beach.
Why We Loved It:
Ideal for multi-gen families with lots of outdoor space. The garden is wonderful! It has a large pool, table tennis table, dining table, seating areas and loungers. Our children loved playing table tennis as well as swimming in the fantastic pool.
I enjoyed eating my breakfast on the comfy seats outside and the lovely sea views from the roof top.
Cons: We found the kitchen space and indoor dining a little small – but because we always dined outside or at restaurants it didn’t affect us.

Villa Lilla – Large 5 Bedroomed Villa with Attractive Gardens and Private Pool

Highlights:
Villa Lilla is a beautiful villa, maintained to a high standard. The master bedroom has its own balcony. There are lots of terraces with panoramic views over the sea. The whole place is spacious inside and out – perfect for a large group. It is close to the beach, and restaurants are walkable too.
What We Loved:
This has to be our favourite Binibeca Menorca villa – ever. Everything felt luxurious and there was so much room for everyone. The master bedroom has a large balcony with sea views – perfect for your morning coffee.
The upper outdoor dining area has the most stunning backdrop too. It’s really close to the beach a 5 minute walk.
Cons: There are a lot of stairs. The price reflects how gorgeous the villa is – the most expensive one we’ve stayed in!

Perfect Binibeca Menorca Villas for Smaller Families (4–5 Guests)
(Ideal for couples or families with kids)
Again all of these villas have perfect locations. They offer privacy, value, and large private pools.
Villa Bini Anna
💗 This was the first villa we ever stayed in. We couldn’t believe our luck and fell in love with this villa.

Highlights:
Vill Bini Anna is located in Binibeca Vell, close to all the restaurants. It has a lovely upper dining terrace with beautiful distant sea views.
What We Loved:
We loved the upstairs outdoor dining area, with stunning views. It’s a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants. The pool area is very spacious.
Cons: The beach is a 15 minute walk away so we drove because it was too much for young children in the heat. Parking is free.

Beautiful Luxury Pool Villa

Highlights:
Recently refurbished, this villa has a spacious pool and garden – great for children. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. The decor is bright, modern and airy.
What We Loved:
This villa is very modern, open plan and spacious. We felt very at home here and we loved the garden and pool.
Cons: The lady who originally owned the villa left a lovely welcome gift for our children but sadly the new owner has not carried on this tradition and only leaves a limited selection of essentials.
It’s quite expensive in comparison to the other places we stayed.

Modern Beach Style Villa – Close to Beach

⚠️ We haven’t stayed in this villa but I’ve picked it out for those with smaller families. It’s got 59 exceptional reviews and it is from £219 per night.
Highlights:
This villa has recently been renovated. It offers affordable luxury, great hosts (9.8 from 59 reviews). A large pool shared with the attached villa property and an outdoor dining area.
It is close to both the beach and restaurants.
Cons: The villa is semi-detached so the pool is shared with this property.
